Responsibility

  • Provide person-centric nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, while monitoring residents for adverse reactions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and document residents' conditions, progress, and any changes in their health status.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all residents.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license (e.g., RN or equivalent) recognized in Indonesia or the ability to obtain one.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in geriatric, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of residents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly desirable.
