Responsibility
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to patients in the inpatient medical-surgical ward, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, progress, and responses to treatments, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Assist in pre- and post-operative care, wound management, and patient education on health maintenance and recovery.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, sterile environment in compliance with hospital standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs, escalating critical cases to senior staff as required.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication regimes, and discharge planning.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on best nursing practices and medical advancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with Indonesian or international recognition).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient, medical-surgical, or acute care nursing.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient assessment, and emergency protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
