Responsibility
- Deliver high-standard critical care nursing to patients in the ICU, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and response to treatments, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced medical interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, respiratory therapists, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Operate and maintain ICU equipment, such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients’ families, keeping them informed about care plans and progress.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in continuous professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to stay updated on critical care advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with ICU specialization) and registration to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing or a related critical care setting.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in using ICU medical equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is highly preferred.
