Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier medical and administrative professionals.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and reduce turnover.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, training, and career development initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote hospital services, health awareness, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop patient-centric branding and communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze HR and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Represent the hospital at industry events, job fairs, and community programs to enhance visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or service industry.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and healthcare regulations is highly desirable.
