Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care for pediatric patients in the Child Development Department.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and optimize clinical operations.
- Provide education and resources to families regarding child development milestones and available support services.
- Assist in the organization of patient workshops, support groups, and community outreach programs.
- Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patient services, healthcare administration, or child development support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Knowledge of child development principles and pediatric healthcare practices.
