Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor and manage medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
- Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programs.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
