Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for healthcare facilities to identify software requirements and workflow improvements.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of clinical applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs for end-users, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve application-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and integrate new features or updates.
- Create and maintain user documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs for reference.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare IT to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, Medicine, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical application support, healthcare IT, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in implementing and training on clinical software (e.g., EHR, PACS, LIS).
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide actionable solutions.
- Certification in healthcare IT systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
