Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of radiologic technologists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and implement imaging protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with international best practices (e.g., ACR, IAEA).
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations, including ALARA principles, and maintain accurate records for audits.
- Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to optimize imaging workflows and enhance diagnostic accuracy.
- Manage and maintain advanced imaging equipment (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound), coordinating with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality assurance programs, including peer reviews and equipment calibration, to uphold diagnostic excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid radiology license (preferably recognized by Indonesian or international bodies).
- Certification in Advanced Imaging Modalities (e.g., CT, MRI) is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in radiation safety, quality control, and PACS/RIS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with JCI, ISO, or other healthcare accreditation standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
