Responsibility
- Assist physiotherapists in delivering personalized treatment plans to patients.
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and materials for therapy sessions.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility drills under supervision.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Provide support with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
- Educate patients and families on proper techniques for home exercises and injury prevention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and equipment setup.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
