Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
- Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel
- Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and expense control
- Coordinate patient care services and ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Manage inventory of dental supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with all local healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Maintain and enhance clinic facilities to meet international healthcare standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS), Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dental clinic management or healthcare administration
- Proven leadership experience with strong team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of dental practice management software and electronic health records
- Understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with medical tourism or international patient care is highly desirable
- Certification in healthcare management or related field is an advantage
