Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance clinical service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical practices to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to streamline healthcare processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide leadership in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Analyze clinical data and performance metrics to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, including interactions with regulatory bodies and healthcare partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical governance, healthcare management, or a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing clinical strategies and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and data analysis tools.
- Certification in healthcare quality management or clinical governance is highly desirable.
