Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Active Aging Centre (AAC), ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate community-based programs tailored to the needs of seniors, including health workshops, fitness activities, and social events.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Engage with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to promote the centre’s services and build strong relationships.
- Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure the centre operates within financial and operational targets.
- Assess participant needs and coordinate with healthcare providers to deliver personalized care plans.
- Organize outreach initiatives to increase awareness and participation in the centre’s programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within healthcare, senior care, or community services.
- Proven track record in program development, team leadership, and operational management.
- Strong understanding of geriatric care, active aging principles, and community health best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
