Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Educate patients on proper medication use, side effects, and lifestyle modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Pharmacist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
