Responsibility
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles and evidence-based practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, while monitoring and documenting patient responses.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, vital signs, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, specialists, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
- Participate in continuous professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or eligibility for licensure in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or primary care setting.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to ethical and professional nursing standards.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
