Responsibility
- Drive sales of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Manage the renewal of business licenses, permits, and other government-required documents to ensure full compliance.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (e.g., Indonesian FDA, local health departments) to submit and follow up on documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and compliance status updates to management.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of medical equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new medical technologies, and changes in regulatory requirements.
- Assist in organizing product demonstrations, training sessions, and trade exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and licensing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
