Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the importation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to international and local regulations.
- Review and verify documentation for imported medical supplies, including certificates, licenses, and compliance forms.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customs officials, and internal teams to facilitate smooth product clearance and distribution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor and ensure the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products according to industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance on pharmaceutical regulations, product specifications, and quality control measures.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to product imports, documentation, or compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in international pharmaceutical laws and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Pharmacist License (SIK) in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical import/export, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical regulations, including import/export laws and documentation requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex documentation and compliance tasks.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) for international communication and documentation.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
