Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SOZO Dental’s standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all clinic activities.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency, patient satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic performance, financials, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to align clinic operations with company goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Nursing, or a related field; certification in dental practice is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental clinic, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and patient care standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with clinic management software and basic administrative tools.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
