Responsibility
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in diagnostic testing.
- Perform complex medical laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, and clinical chemistry.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior technologists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid license as a Medical Technologist in Indonesia or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in laboratory information systems (LIS) and advanced diagnostic equipment.
