Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, reporting any concerns to the medical team.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license as a Staff Nurse (SN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) in Indonesia or internationally recognized equivalent.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or aged care facilities.
- Proficiency in basic nursing procedures, patient assessment, and emergency response.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to different healthcare settings, and handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare documentation.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
