Responsibility
- Assist medical social workers in conducting psychosocial assessments for patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients facing mental health challenges.
- Coordinate with community organizations to secure resources such as housing, financial aid, and rehabilitation services.
- Document patient interactions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with institutional policies.
- Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for patients and caregivers.
- Advocate for patient rights and ensure access to necessary mental health services.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to review and update treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, mental health, or a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local community resources and social services in Bali.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
