Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting interventions as needed to optimize recovery.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Provide staff support and training to junior therapists and assistants when required.
- Stay updated on latest physical therapy research and best practices to deliver cutting-edge care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist (Indonesian or internationally recognized with eligibility for local registration).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, or sports rehabilitation (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
