In this role, you will serve as the technical and clinical expert, providing comprehensive training, troubleshooting, and support to hospitals, clinics, and radiology departments. Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote training to radiologists, technicians, and clinical staff on FUJIFILMâs medical imaging equipment and software.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of FUJIFILMâs diagnostic solutions.
- Offer technical and clinical support to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions for healthcare facilities.
- Develop and update training materials, user manuals, and best practice guidelines for clinical applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and FUJIFILMâs product updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new medical imaging systems at client sites.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product development teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical radiology, medical imaging, or a similar technical role.
- In-depth knowledge of X-ray, ultrasound, CT, or MRI systems and their clinical applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, or other medical imaging software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
