Responsibility
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical or diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, obstetricians, and other medical staff to develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
- Assess patients' medical histories, allergies, and current conditions to determine the appropriate anesthesia approach.
- Manage airway and respiratory functions, ensuring patient stability throughout procedures.
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management and monitoring for complications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of anesthesia administration and patient responses.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in emergency response teams and provide critical care support as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a CRNA in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain it.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering anesthesia, preferably in a hospital or surgical center.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring equipment.
- Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) for effective communication with patients and staff.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in anesthesia practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by surgical schedules.
