Responsibility
- Lead the optimization of healthcare infrastructure capacity across multiple campuses, ensuring alignment with patient demand and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service planning, including workflow redesign and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify gaps in service delivery and propose data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campus development projects, including renovations, expansions, and technology integrations.
- Conduct regular audits of facility utilization and recommend improvements to maximize space and resource efficiency.
- Drive process re-engineering efforts to streamline operations, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient experience.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on campus development progress and service planning metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and standards in all development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare facility management, service planning, or operational optimization.
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects, process improvements, or strategic initiatives in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse teams and leadership.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in facility management.
