Responsibility
- Assist with patient registration, check-ins, and appointment scheduling using clinic management systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support medical staff by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on clinic procedures.
- Assist in basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all clinic areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Clinic Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative and patient care duties efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and clinic software (e.g., EMR systems).
