Responsibility
- Deliver safe and effective dialysis treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, dietary requirements, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment logs and progress notes.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Prepare and operate dialysis equipment, ensuring proper sterilization and functionality.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during treatment.
- Adhere to infection control policies and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse qualification recognized in Indonesia or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing or a related clinical setting.
- Valid nursing license or registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI).
- Strong knowledge of renal care, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
