Responsibility
- Assist doctors and nurses during patient consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Manage patient intake, including recording vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) and patient files.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure efficient clinic workflow.
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide basic patient education on treatments, medications, and post-care instructions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management of medical supplies.
- Assist in emergency situations by following clinic protocols and supporting the medical team.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in nursing or medical assistance is a plus.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, and clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
