Responsibility
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient records, including digital X-rays and treatment notes, with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments, handle billing, and coordinate with administrative staff.
- Monitor and restock dental supplies and equipment.
- Provide chairside support during examinations, cleanings, and surgical procedures.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Dental Assisting from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficient in digital radiography and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- CPR certification and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
