Responsibility
- Accurately encode and transcribe medical reports, patient histories, and diagnostic results into digital systems.
- Ensure compliance with medical record-keeping standards, including HIPAA or local data privacy regulations.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic patient files for quick retrieval and reference.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to clarify incomplete or ambiguous medical documentation.
- Handle confidential patient information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Assist in preparing medical reports, summaries, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with insurance providers, government agencies, or other entities to verify and submit required documentation.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and communication with patients or staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Public Health, or any Medical Allied field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive medical data accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with medical software or EHR systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
