Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers on clinical best practices, equipment selection, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand dental service offerings and improve patient acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive benchmarks, and opportunities for innovation in the dental industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs for dental professionals on new technologies and methodologies.
- Evaluate and recommend state-of-the-art dental equipment, materials, and software solutions to enhance service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dentists, clinic managers, and medical suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and patient care standards.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (DDS/DMD) or related field; Master’s degree or MBA in Healthcare Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental practice, clinic management, or healthcare consulting.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, or project management within the dental/medical sector.
- Strong knowledge of dental technologies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, local health regulations).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on global dental advancements.
