Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate HCPs on the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
