Responsibility
- Educate patients on telemedicine services, platform features, and benefits to ensure informed usage.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Guide patients through the telemedicine platform, including registration, scheduling, and virtual consultations.
- Coordinate between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless virtual care delivery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the telemedicine experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient onboarding and support processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient coordination, customer service, or healthcare support roles.
