Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients before, during, and after eye procedures.
- Assist ophthalmologists in examinations, surgeries, and post-operative care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest eye care practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in ophthalmology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
