Responsibility
- Assist pediatricians and nurses in providing high-quality care to young patients.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for clinic procedures.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment in the clinic.
- Manage patient records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
- Assist in educating parents and caregivers on pediatric health and wellness.
- Monitor and restock clinic supplies to ensure availability of essential items.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric or general clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pediatric care procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a 6-month contract basis with potential for extension.
