Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness programs.
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and integrate evidence-based practices into treatment.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Psychiatry (Sp.KJ).
- Valid license to practice psychiatry in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Experience in community mental health or outreach programs is a plus.
