Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance on over-the-counter products.
- Process and verify prescription orders while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Operate pharmacy software systems for order entry, billing, and patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medication management for patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on pharmaceutical best practices and new medications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
