We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MEP Staff to support our engineering and facility management team in maintaining and optimizing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our properties in Bali. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the smooth operation of high-end hospitality and commercial spaces.

Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment procurement and service agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives by monitoring system performance and recommending improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies regarding MEP systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
