Responsibility
- Interpret and review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation including daily reports, progress photos, and technical records
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify workmanship and material standards
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Provide technical support to site teams and address any construction-related challenges that arise
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and diverse environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus
