Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end engineering programmes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met while optimizing resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to align project goals with business and customer needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback and data to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme or project management, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, including budget and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
