Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
