Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all production and inventory activities.
- Utilize ERP systems and other tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production and inventory status to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
