Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing tools.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure all laundry is processed efficiently and returned to the appropriate departments or guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed.
- Follow eco-friendly laundry practices to minimize water and energy consumption.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
