Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the importation process from suppliers to warehouses.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for timely clearance.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and inventory.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
- Stay updated on changes in import laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
