Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including leave management, attendance tracking, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate general administrative tasks such as office supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and company benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles, preferably in a contract or entry-level position.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
