Responsibility
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general administrative matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics and workforce analytics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
