Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the hiring process.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance reviews.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in payroll management, employee benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
