Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for workforce management? Indonesia Ferry Properti is seeking a skilled Outsourcing Coordinator to join our team in beautiful Bali. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee our outsourced workforce operations across key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our outsourcing partnerships, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and optimizing workforce efficiency. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain seamless operations and high standards of service delivery.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage relationships with outsourcing vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies for outsourced staff
- Monitor workforce performance and productivity across multiple locations
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration for outsourced employees
- Develop and implement workforce optimization strategies
- Conduct regular audits of outsourcing operations and vendor performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced employees and vendors
- Prepare reports on workforce metrics and outsourcing effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR outsourcing or workforce management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
