Responsibility
- Develop and execute talent sustainability strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
- Design and implement training and development programs tailored to organizational needs and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted upskilling initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent development programs and recommend improvements.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- Manage employee well-being programs to ensure a healthy, motivated, and productive workforce.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry standards to ensure compliance and innovation in talent management.
- Support succession planning efforts to build a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in talent development, training, or organizational development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful talent sustainability programs.
- Strong understanding of HR analytics and workforce planning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or talent development is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
