Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Compensation & Benefits team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.
- Design, implement, and oversee competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards systems.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain attractive and compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to develop and manage the HR budget for compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and employee welfare.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and employee rewards.
- Analyze and report on compensation and benefits trends, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of transparency and fairness in all compensation and benefits-related communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards systems.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
