Responsibility
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular workforce planning and succession planning to ensure organizational readiness.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
